HISTORICAL IGNORANCE, LIKE AN IDLE MIND, IS THE DEVIL'S WORKSHOP

Lincoln's Cooper Union Address is a good overview of how Americans felt about slavery before he became president and the four items listed after it are some major contributors to why we are where we are at this time.

Reading about what people of the time thought, wrote and said and comparing it to what today's people say about them is the true test of the integrity and a good indication of the intentions of today's people. The question is, in light of history, how much do Americans truly care about doing good instead of feeling good no matter what it costs US? What is the truth about America's stance on slavery, including the Founding Fathers to whom Abraham Lincoln referred? How has our history been rewritten by those who would destroy US and the rewritten history used against US?

The following description and transcript of the Cooper Union Address New York, New York February 27, 1860 includes, "An eyewitness that evening said, "When Lincoln rose to speak, I was greatly disappointed. He was tall, tall, - oh, how tall! and so angular and awkward that I had, for an instant, a feeling of pity for so ungainly a man." However, once Lincoln warmed up, "his face lighted up as with an inward fire; the whole man was transfigured. I forgot his clothes, his personal appearance, and his individual peculiarities. Presently, forgetting myself, I was on my feet like the rest, yelling like a wild Indian, cheering this wonderful man."" and "With a deft touch, Lincoln exposed the roots of sectional strife and the inconsistent positions of Senator Stephen Douglas and Chief Justice Roger Taney. He urged fellow Republicans not to capitulate to Southern demands to recognize slavery as being right, but to "stand by our duty, fearlessly and effectively.""

In October 1859 Abraham Lincoln accepted an invitation to lecture at Henry Ward Beecher's church in Brooklyn, New York, and chose a political topic which required months of painstaking research. His law partner William Herndon observed, "No former effort in the line of speech-making had cost Lincoln so much time and thought as this one," a remarkable comment considering the previous year's debates with Stephen Douglas.

The carefully crafted speech examined the views of the 39 signers of the Constitution. Lincoln noted that at least 21 of them - a majority - believed Congress should control slavery in the territories, rather than allow it to expand. Thus, the Republican stance of the time was not revolutionary, but similar to the Founding Fathers, and should not alarm Southerners, for radicals had threatened to secede if a Republican was elected President.

When Lincoln arrived in New York, the Young Men's Republican Union had assumed sponsorship of the speech and moved its location to the Cooper Institute in Manhattan. The Union's board included members such as Horace Greeley and William Cullen Bryant, who opposed William Seward for the Republican Presidential nomination. Lincoln, as an unannounced presidential aspirant, attracted a capacity crowd of 1,500 curious New Yorkers.

An eyewitness that evening said, "When Lincoln rose to speak, I was greatly disappointed. He was tall, tall, - oh, how tall! and so angular and awkward that I had, for an instant, a feeling of pity for so ungainly a man." However, once Lincoln warmed up, "his face lighted up as with an inward fire; the whole man was transfigured. I forgot his clothes, his personal appearance, and his individual peculiarities. Presently, forgetting myself, I was on my feet like the rest, yelling like a wild Indian, cheering this wonderful man."

Herndon, who knew the speech but was not present, said it was "devoid of all rhetorical imagry." Rather, "it was constructed with a view to accuracy of statement, simplicity of language, and unity of thought. In some respects like a lawyer's brief, it was logical, temperate in tone, powerful - irresistibly driving conviction home to men's reasons and their souls."

The speech electrified Lincoln's listeners and gained him important political support in Seward's home territory. Said a New York writer, "No man ever before made such an impression on his first appeal to a New York audience." After being printed by New York newspapers, the speech was widely circulated as campaign literature.

Why have we allowed the gains Martin Luther King, Jr. paid for with his life to be reversed? He actually described how it is happening in, "Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." We are seeing the beginning of a repeat of the 1789 French Revolution - "This upheaval created ripe conditions for spreading Marx's view that societal norms and traditions were oppressive relics to be destroyed. But Marxist influence is most appropriately understood in terms of the devil's long-term scheme to destabilize humanity and sever the connections between man and the divine."

Some of the contributors of consequence which have brought US to where we are:

1. The indoctrination of Americans to be anti-American which began in the 20s with the Comintern funding CPUSA as well as training black Americans to promote racial discontent. FBI records show the relationship between some Americans and the Russian Communist Party

One such incident is described in "The Reddest of the Blacks"

With regard to his own time at the helm of the Communist Party, Lovestone reveals that average Comintern funding of the American movement in 1926-1928 averaged "no more than about $20 to 25,000 a year" with periodic additional funding for special projects and an independent channel of funding to the Profintern.

Do we choose to ignore reality which is what allowed Hitler to build up to the point that he had a chance to conquer the world with the Chamberlain's negotiating with EVIL strategy and proclaiming, "Peace in our time" or do we do what we need to do to prevent the loss of the things which make America the country much of the world wants to live in?

IF WE WANT TO ENSURE VOTER INTEGRITY IN OUR ELCTIONS:

The commission was created to address voting and election integrity issues raised by the tumultuous 36-day postelection battle of 2000, which was settled by the U.S. Supreme Court decision that resulted in awarding Florida's 25 electoral votes and the presidency to Republican George W. Bush over Democrat Al Gore.

Had Congress and state governments adopted many of the panel's recommendations, the 2020 postelection mess between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden might have been avoided, said Carter - Baker Commission member Kay C. James, now the president of The Heritage Foundation[1]. "

Why would any group do the opposite of the below listed Voter Integrity suggestions by the 2005 Carter-Baker Report and push hard to implement at the federal level the complete opposite, ensuring the ability to hold fraudulent elections.

1.3 TRANSFORMING THE ELECTION SYSTEM - FIVE PILLARS

The recommendations of our Commission on Federal Election Reform aim both to increase voter participation and to assure the integrity of the electoral system. To accomplish these goals, the electroral system we envision should be constructed on the following five sturdy pillars:

Voter registration that is convenient for voters to complete and even simpler to rrenew and that procuces complete, accuarate, and valid lists of citizens who are eligible to vote;

Voter identification, tied directly to voter registration that enhances ballot integrity without introducing new barriers to voting, including the casting and counting of ballots;

Measures to encourage and achieve the greatest possible participation in elections by enabling all eligible voters to have an equal oppportunity to vote and have their votes counted;

Voting machines that tabulte voter preferences accurately and transparently minimize under=and-over-votes, and allow for verifiability and full recounts; and

Fair, impatrtial and effective election administration.

To ignore the need for insuring voter integrity is to support the "election" of the chosen people rather those chosen by the people. WILLINGLY MANIPULATED AND DETACHED FROM REALITY?

I use "The January 6 Insurrection," a single, easily understood and analyzed event to ask the question, "Who is being manipulated and why would someone choose to continue to willingly support those who manipulate them? Booker T. Washington and Malcolm X were among those who warned US against being duped by charlatans. Are Greed and Avarice which are human, not racial traits the reasons that some people's description is so disconnected from reality?


Why do people believe the things that they do with a religious zeal in spite of reality? There is an area of study in the "POST TRUTH" world with papers such as Post-truth, propaganda and the transformation of the spiral of silence and Jacques Ellul's "Anti-Democratic Economy:" Persuading Citizens and Consumers in the Information Society which deal with this issue.

Regardless of affiliation, what do rational, thinking people believe about the "January 6 Insurrection" and the fortification of the capitol because of the threat from Domestic Terrorists? Ignorance and indoctrination are unacceptable excuses for any citizen who votes because our representative republic requires, "A nation of well informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins." - Benjamin Franklin We have an obligation to participate knowledgeably in doing our part to govern our country. Shirking that responsibility by using sources of information without vetting them will put US on the Utopian Road to Hell: Enslaving America and the World with Central Planning which so many other nations have travelled. A hint from those who would defeat US is the Chinese term, BAIZOU, which replaces the 20th Century Russian term "USEFUL IDIOT" which refers to those who fit the description.

COMPARE WHAT DIFFERENT SOURCES HAVE SAID TO WHAT IS REAL

WHAT IS THE EFFECT ON THOSE ON THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN MISLED?

The most serious charges I know of are against John Earle Sullivan, a Leftist Activist who, in a video, called for violence. A May 21, 2021 Reuters article, U.S. seizes $90,000 from man who sold footage of U.S. Capitol riot by Andy Sullivan describes charges against Sullivan who was showcased as a reporter by some networks. The article states: "U.S. authorities have confiscated roughly $90,000 from a Utah man who sold footage of a woman being fatally shot during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Donald Trump, according to court filings.

Prosecutors also have filed additional criminal charges against the man, John Earle Sullivan, a self-described political activist who is accused of entering the Capitol building and participating in the riot, the filings unsealed on Thursday showed.

Sullivan now faces a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot."

Five people died:

1. One of those who stormed the capitol, Ashli Babbit, was reportedly shot by a capitol police officer

2. US Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick suffered strokes and died of natural causes on January 7th and had not been assaulted with a fire extinguisher as had been reported.

3. Participants, Kevin Greeson, 55, and Benjamin Phillips, 50, died of natural causes from cardiovascular disease.

4. Roseanne Boyland, 34, died by accident from acute amphetamine intoxication

Worst attack in our capitol in our history? Three of the several listed at History:

1. On March 1, 1954, four Puerto Rican Americans fired guns in the House of Representatives, injuring five congressmen. The attackers said they acted to demand independence for the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. (Puerto Ricans have U.S. citizenship but can't vote for president and have no voting representatives in Congress.) The injured congressmen survived, and the four shooters received prison sentences. President Jimmy Carter commuted one of their sentences in 1977, and granted clemency to the other three in 1979. 2. On March 1, 1971, a bomb exploded in the Capitol building. While the explosion did not injure anyone, it caused some $300,000 in damage. A group calling itself the Weather Underground claimed to be behind the bombing and said it was in protest of the ongoing U.S.-supported bombing of Laos.

3. Thirteen years later, on November 7, 1983, a bomb tore through the second floor of the Senate wing of the Capitol. The device detonated late in the evening and no one was harmed, but it caused an estimated $250,000 in damage. A group calling itself the Armed Resistance Unit later claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was in retaliation for military actions in Grenada and Lebanon. Seven people were eventually arrested in connection with the attack.

Why was DC fortified with a military presence after January 6th, but no one felt the need to take anywhere near those measures during previous VIOLENT and DAMAGING attacks or when the city had rioters assaulting people and destroying property while calling for violence? Per Wikipedia: "The White House was on lockdown the night of May 29 in response to protests reaching the gates…. The protesters came into conflict with the United States Secret Service. … At one point the protesters were pepper sprayed. Several Secret Service agents reportedly suffered broken bones due to rocks and bottles of urine and alcohol thrown at them by rioters." This was an assault on the White House!

Disparity in dealing with participants: James Earle Jones was released on OR while some Trump supporters were put in solitary confinement for a prolonged period of time. Quotes from a POLITICO article, Jan. 6 defendants win unlikely Dem champions as they face harsh detainment By Kyle Cheney, Andrew Desiderio and Josh Gersten on 04/19/21 give an indication of an even more dangerous condition in America which is answered by, "What is FASCISM?" From the article: "People like Elizabeth Warren have commented on this abuse, "Solitary confinement is a form of punishment that is cruel and psychologically damaging," Warren said in an interview. "And we're talking about people who haven't been convicted of anything yet." The article also points out, "Most of the 300-plus people charged with participating in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot have been released while they await trial, but dozens of those deemed to be dangerous, flight risks or at high risk of obstructing justice were ordered held without bond. D.C. jail officials later determined that all Capitol detainees would be placed in so-calledrestrictive housing - a move billed as necessary to keep the defendants safe, as well as guards and other inmates. But that means 23-hour-a-day isolation for the accused, even before their trials begin."

J. Michael Waller, Senior Analyst for Strategy at the Center for Security Policy. His areas of concentration are propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion published his first-hand observations of the "January 6 Insurrection" on January 13, 2021, Covert Cadre: What I saw leading up to the US Capitol attack.

January 6th was the hope of Trump voters wanting the challenges to the electoral college votes because, true or not, there was a strong belief that there was major voter fraud and those Trump voters hoped that that would force a review of certain challenged votes.

Does presentation of what happened on January 6 compared to the the above set of facts, Waller's report on what he witnessed on January 6 and the fact that it shut down the last hope for conservatives to have the Electoral College votes challenged indicate a subversive motive for the false portrayal used to justify the fortification of the capitol and a McCarthyism level hunt for Right Wing Extremists? What violent acts by Right Wing Extremists have occurred to justify the denial of our rights?

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention for proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington, DC.

I support the Convention of States Project; a national effort to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

Who had the motives and benefited from the January 6th attack on the Capitol?

Anyone, regardless of affiliation, who participated in the attack on the Capitol did more damage to America than all of the supported by the Left burning, looting, murdering by Antifa and BLM during 2020 There was nothing like the January 6 attack on the Capitol when the Democrats made the same challenges during previous presidential elections or tried to intimidate and influence the 2016 electors for Trump. The attack destroyed more than a challenge to the election results. It destroyed the opportunity to for Ted Cruz's third alternative based on the 1876 election solution (7 minutes into the podcast), a call for the implementation of the 2005 Carter - Baker Election Reform Report pillars and to showcase the movement to destroy US as founded with the structure described in an article pointing out how the Left achieved "the proper election outcome" in a Time article proudly describing it, The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election The Left's view of their not to be challenged righteous campaign success.

January 6th benefitted the Left because it:

1. destroyed the opportunity for Ted Cruz's third alternative based on the 1876 election solution (7 minutes into the podcast),

2. destroyed the challenges to questionable election results

3. destroyed an opportunity to showcase the need for measures to insure voter integrity

4. created the illusion of a crisis which the Left is using to justify the standard tyrannical methods of suppression of truth under the guise of protecting those who are trying to "unite US" while using the standard justification of "for the good of the people." Conservatives have resisted the provocation from the time of the Obama regime when Glenn Beck admonished US to not let the Left provoke US to violence.

Not just the Trump voters, but all voters who had questions about the integrity of the 2020 election wanted the challenges to questionable results and the exposure of any issues which could be used to showcase the need for measures to ensure voter integrity in future elections, restoring confidence in the election process. The attack destroyed that opportunity for those of US with questions about what we witnessed or saw reported, summarized in the video showing evidence of election fraud, and the Third World threat tactics prohibiting questioning what happened, including the conversion of DC into a militarized area which does not belong in America. Trump had real reasons such as the Bernie ballpark shooter, Rand Paul's physical assaults, one of which resulted in serious injuries and the BLM/Antifa "peaceful" protests for just a few examples which Trump did not use to justify a fortified, militarized Capitol. Think about AOC/Omar's dramatic presentations about the January 6th threat even though they were never in the area of the assault. They deserve to be entered in the Joseph Goebbels The Best Propaganda Presentation Award of 2021 competition.

Why the suppression of any discussion about election fraud as well as the HIGH PRIORITY, after the Inauguration, first day, Executive Order eliminating the 1776 Project which challenged the 1619 project's promotion of America as a systemically racist nation. The only reason to prohibit debate is when truth will destroy the LIE. The EO protects what is described in the Progressive Communism's Long March Through the Institutions Has Succeeded a component of which had been initiated by the Comintern (Russia collusion?) in the 1920s.

1.3 TRANSFORMING THE ELECTION SYSTEM - FIVE PILLARS

The recommendations of our Commission on Federal Election Reform aim both to increase voter participation and to assure the integrity of the electoral system. To accomplish these goals, the electoral system we envision should be constructed on the following five sturdy pillars:

Voter registration that is convenient for voters to complete and even simpler to renew and that produces complete, accurate, and valid lists of citizens who are eligible to vote;

Voter identification, tied directly to voter registration that enhances ballot integrity without introducing new barriers to voting, including the casting and counting of ballots;

Measures to encourage and achieve the greatest possible participation in elections by enabling all eligible voters to have an equal oppportunity to vote and have their votes counted;

Voting machines that tabulte voter preferences accurately and transparently minimize under=and-over-votes, and allow for verifiability and full recounts; and

Fair, impartial and effective election administration.

Why would there be a campaign to destroy these safeguards by Leftists? Governor DeSanctis of Florida replaced two election officials who had created chaos in prior elections and Florida was without challenges, but the Leftists created chaos by destroying the election integrity by doing the opposite of the Five Pillars listed above, destroying confidence in the system in the areas which they had control, backed by the rich and powerful who push for omnipotence over US.

This is an inverse Bolshevik Revolution with the American version of Czars leading an army of the indoctrinated against America as founded with the individual protected from the government, not a possession of the government.

The thirst for power and wealth has integrated and diversified the original group of "colored people" ethno-hustlers which Booker T. Washington warned US about. Greed and Avarice come in all colors.

PATHOLOGICAL ALTRUISM REQUIRES "POLITICAL DUPES"

Malcolm X's point describing black Americans voting for Democrats as, " - you're not only a chump but you're a traitor to your race." [1] applies to the American voter regardless of their class, race or ethnicity.

One example of an American who finally saw what was real is found in The Comintern and IWW Bail Reimbursement [events of Dec. 24, 1920-Jan. 2, 1921] by Ralph Chaplin: "How did we get tangled up in a messy thing like this?" Jim Cannon asked me. "Probably," I replied, "because some of us have never taken the trouble to think our way through it. We just take it for granted that we are benefiting someone. But whom? Those little men are concentrating on power - power for themselves, their party, their program - power to dominate other men. Is that what the revolution is all about?"

I have much more in common with my Mexican to one side and Pilipino to the other side neighbors than I do with some white, well intentioned, college indoctrinated Silicon Valley type on a mission to protect me or humanity from information which he deems harmful to [???????]. I do not know what motivates this Delusionally Righteous person who gives purpose to his being by thinking that he is a part of the "Intellectual Superior Beings"{ version of Hitler's Aryan Race. His historical ignorance and support of propaganda strategies used against America from the 1920s when the Comintern funded $300,000 to CPUSA[2] to incite racial discontent in America make him, consciously or not, a #CommieColluder working to undermine what made America Exceptional, the only nation in which government was designed to get its power from the people rather than the people receiving rights from the government as well as the Founder's Vision that all would be free, which happened in less than 100 years from May 25, 1787 - Constitutional Convention convened to June 19, 1885 - Emancipation Proclamation arrived in Galveston, Texas.

In William Voegeli's October 2014 Imprimis - The Case Against Liberal Compassion section under the heading of "The Satisfaction of Pious Preening," he refers to a study supporting Malcolm X's observation and my point that that point is applicable to the American electorate at large:

"We can see the problem. The whole point of compassion is for empathizers to feel better when awareness of another's suffering provokes unease. But this ultimate purpose does not guarantee that empathizees will fare better. Barbara Oakley, co-editor of the volume Pathological Altruism, defines its subject as "altruism in which attempts to promote the welfare of others instead result in unanticipated harm." Surprises and accidents happen, of course. The pathology of pathological altruism is not the failure to salve every wound. It is, rather, the indifference - blithe, heedless, smug, or solipsistic - to the fact and consequences of those failures, just as long as the empathizer is accruing compassion points that he and others will admire. As philosophy professor David Schmidtz has said, "If you're trying to prove your heart is in the right place, it isn't."

Indeed, if you're trying to prove your heart is in the right place, the failure of government programs to alleviate suffering is not only an acceptable outcome but in many ways the preferred one. Sometimes empathizers, such as those in the "helping professions," acquire a vested interest in the study, management, and perpetuation - as opposed to the solution and resulting disappearance - of sufferers' problems. This is why so many government programs initiated to conquer a problem end up, instead, colonizing it by building sprawling settlements where the helpers and the helped are endlessly, increasingly co-dependent. Even where there are no material benefits to addressing, without ever reducing, other people's suffering, there are vital psychic benefits for those who regard their own compassion as the central virtue that makes them good, decent, and admirable people - people whose sensitivity readily distinguishes them from mean-spirited conservatives. "Pity is about how deeply I can feel," wrote the late political theorist Jean Bethke Elshtain. "And in order to feel this way, to experience the rush of my own pious reaction, I need victims the way an addict needs drugs."

It follows, then, that the answer to the question of how liberals who profess to be anguished about other people's suffering can be so weirdly complacent regarding wasteful, misdirected, and above all ineffective government programs created to relieve that suffering - is that liberals care about helping much less than they care about caring. Because compassion gives me a self-regarding reason to care about your suffering, it's more important for me to do something than to accomplish something. Once I've voted for, given a speech about, written an editorial endorsing, or held forth at a dinner party on the salutary generosity of some program to "address" your problem, my work is done, and I can feel the rush of my own pious reaction. There's no need to stick around for the complex, frustrating, mundane work of making sure the program that made me feel better, just by being established and praised, has actually alleviated your suffering.

This assessment also provides an answer to the question of why liberals always want a bigger welfare state. It's because the politics of kindness is about validating oneself rather than helping others, which means the proper response to suffering is always, "We need to do more," and never, "We need to do what we're already doing better and smarter." That is, liberals react to an objective reality in a distinctively perverse way. The reality is, first, that there are many instances of poverty, insecurity, and suffering in our country and, second, that public expenditures to alleviate poverty, insecurity, and suffering amount to $3 trillion, or some $10,000 per American, much of it spent on the many millions of Americans who are nowhere near being impoverished, insecure, or suffering. If the point of liberalism were to alleviate suffering, as opposed to preening about one's abhorrence of suffering and proud support for government programs designed to reduce it, liberals would get up every morning determined to reduce the proportion of that $3 trillion outlay that ought to be helping the poor but is instead being squandered in some way, including by being showered on people who aren't poor. But since the real point of liberalism is to alleviate the suffering of those distressed by others' suffering, the hard work of making our $3 trillion welfare state machine work optimally is much less attractive - less gratifying - than demanding that we expand it, and condemning those who are skeptical about that expansion for their greed and cruelty.

Those of us accused of being greedy and cruel, for standing athwart the advance of liberalism and expansion of the welfare state, do have things to say, then, in response to the empathy crusaders. Compassion really is important. Clifford Orwin, a political scientist who has examined the subject painstakingly, believes our strong, spontaneous proclivity to be distressed by others' suffering confirms the ancient Greek philosophers' belief that nature intended for human beings to be friends. But compassion is neither all-important nor supremely important in morals and, especially, politics. It is nice, all things being equal, to have government officials who feel our pain rather than ones who, like imperious monarchs, cannot comprehend or do not deign to notice it. Much more than our rulers' compassion, however, we deserve their respect - for us; our rights; our capacity and responsibility to feel and heal our own pains without their ministrations; and for America's carefully constructed and heroically sustained experiment in constitutional self-government, which errs on the side of caution and republicanism by denying even the most compassionate official a monarch's plenary powers. Kindness may well cover all of Barack Obama's political beliefs, and those of many other self-satisfied, pathologically altruistic liberals. It doesn't begin to cover all the beliefs that have sustained America's republic, however. Nor does it amount to a safe substitute for those moral virtues and political principles necessary to sustain it further."

Some of our best conservative thinkers have thought their way from the Left to the Right.

"I was more than anything a radical. I was more sympathetic to Malcolm X than Martin Luther King because Malcolm X was more of a radical who was willing to confront discrimination in ways that I thought it should be confronted, including perhaps the use of violence. But I really just wanted to be left alone. I thought some laws, like minimum-wage laws, helped poor people and poor black people and protected workers from exploitation. I thought they were a good thing until I was pressed by professors to look at the evidence." - Walter E. Williams













Thomas Sowell and Walter E. Williams were willing to observe, think and change their views because they care more about #Truth and #Reality than 'Pious Preening."


Walter E. Williams, in his forward to the translation of The Law by Bastiat wrote, "I must have been forty years old before reading Frederic Bastiat's classic The Law. An anonymous person, to whom I shall eternally be in debt, mailed me an unsolicited copy. After reading the book I was convinced that a liberal-arts education without an encounter with Bastiat is incomplete. Reading Bastiat made me keenly aware of all the time wasted, along with the frustrations of going down one blind alley after another, organizing my philosophy of life. The Law did not produce a philosophical conversion for me as much as it created order in my thinking about liberty and just human conduct."

Bastiat in The Law - published June 1850, after the Communist Manifesto was published in February of 1848, wrote about The Superman Idea and his right to be free of their ideas. A portion of The Law - "

WHY ARE THIRD WORLD STYLE LEADERS BEING ELECTED?

We have been under assault from within for more than a century and the judicial references at the end of this post are a major way in which we can protect US from those who would destroy America as founded. An overview of the strategy to create and support lawlessness by those who would take US down is described in three articles listed below. The purpose of this post is to:

1. Show three references regarding the election of subversive agents and the Obama/Biden administration's effort to ensure the continuation of fraudulent voting. Anyone wanting to protect our franchise tightens up systems and imposes prosecution with heavy penalties. Who is making a major effort to create election chaos and why would they want to do that?

2. Point out why we are seeing what we are seeing with the 3rd worlding of certain areas of America, reminiscent of Chavismo's Socialism of the 21rs Century transition of Venezuela from one of the richest countries in the world to a Hell Hole because they did not have the protections we used to have - Federalist 51 - "men are not angels" and we need competing branches to check each one of the branches to protect the citizens from the government being taken over by a person or a group of people.

3. List of resources for voter information (reference sites) regarding candidates receiving subversive[1] support and funding + voter fraud + analysis of candidates + analysis of judicial candidates + analysis of propositions + general information sites. The election is in process now and I am putting this post out in a terribly incomplete state because timing is critical and judges are not a throw away because the subversive agents legislate from the bench - good references in that area. I would appreciate any suggestions for additional ones which I will add.

SoS = SECRETARY OF STATE PROJECT: Know who backs the person for whom you vote because we are being attacked from within by the efforts to elect Secretaries of State (SoS in July 2006 backed by Soros) described in The American Spectator article, Soros Eyes Secretaries by Mathew Vadum on December 4, 2009 in which he points out why - "History's most notorious Georgian-turned-Russian, the politically astute Joseph Stalin once remarked, "The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.""

ELECTION OF SUBVERSIVE AGENTS: "They don't engage the electorate by having an open debate about the criminal justice system. These billionaires seek to circumvent the entire democratic process by electing candidates who will refuse to enforce laws passed by the people through their representatives." The answer is described in The American Spectator article, Beware Of George Soros' Trojan Horse Prosecutors by Pat Nolan on September 11, 2020. One example given in this article is, "Now, Soros has the Los Angeles District Attorney in his sights. He and his allies have spent well over $1 million to defeat Jackie Lacey, a highly respected prosecutor who has made remarkable progress in diverting non-dangerous persons with mental illness into community treatment, freeing up costly jail beds for serious and violent offenders. Ironically, Lacey is an African-American woman. The candidate running to oust her? George Gascon, district attorney in San Francisco until recently. The white male progressive is running on a platform to bring San Francisco values to the City of Angels."

SUPPRESSION OF VOTER INTEGRITY EFFORTS: One of the most flagrant examples of the Left's effort to maintain the ability to commit voter fraud is the Obama/Biden attack on Catherine Engelbrecht after she filed for her True the Vote with a portion of the Mission Statement being, "Radicalized leftist organizations are hard at work exploiting the weaknesses of our electoral process: Actively promoting the registration and mobilization of unqualified voters, harvesting mail-in ballots that have been fraudulently collected, lobbying for same day voter registration, no voter ID requirements, and non-citizen voting - and engaging in outright data manipulation." and she had four government agencies engaging her on around 20 occasions.

"U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton ruled in favor of True the Vote in the case, and penalized the IRS for forcing the tax agency to pay maximum attorney's fees due to the IRS's discrimination against the conservative organization that stemmed from the Lois Lerner scandal during the Barack Obama administration all the way back in 2010. In addition to signing a 2018 consent order that included an IRS admission of wrongdoing, Judge Walton ruled last week that True the Vote was entitled to a "bad faith enhancement" to its requested attorney's fees. * Trump's EPA gave $100 million to fix the water infrastructure problem in Flint, Michigan.

* Under Trump's leadership, in 2018 the U.S. surpassed Russia and Saudi Arabia to become the world's largest producer of crude oil.

Restrict Law Enforcement with Rules of Engagement that endanger them while doing their job and make them fearful of consequences for doing their job, or call for the defunding of or the elimination of Law Enforcement

Imbed professional agitators with logistical support in Peaceful Protests to create chaos as they incite people to BurnLootMurder innocent Americans like David Dorn[1] destroy small businesses, harass, intimidate, harm and murder law abiding citizens as well as injure or murder Law Enforcement personnel performing their duties

Prosecute citizens defending themselves because Leftist officials have refused federal assistance to assist in quelling violence giving safe haven for Domestic Terrorists, stripped away the protections [2] taxpayers pay for like Law Enforcement and created no bail, quick release from jail or bail provided by PartyOfSubversive staffers and Leftist groups, multi-national corporations as well as Senator Jerry Nadler telling Yaron Steinbuch "THATS A MYTH" (pic.twitter.com/veImyE2rju) when Steinbuch "asked him to disavow the Antifa violence/rioting in Portland."

Media Sandmanning [3] those who defend themselves and misrepresenting millions of dollars of destruction and disruption of America's economy as "Peaceful Protests"

Small businesses destroyed between Blue governed COVID-19 shutdowns and supported violence/destruction and many forced to close forever which allows large multinational companies to enjoy eliminated competition in many cases and online businesses to grow their market share. Could this be one of the explanations of why large companies fund those destroying US from within?

Kyle Rittenhouse: Shooting for Self-Defense

Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old from Antioch, Illinois, and a supporter of Blue Lives Matter, watched as the town, just 15 miles from his house and where he worked as a lifeguard, was ravaged by rioters. He decided to leave the safety of his home, and armed only with cleaning supplies, a medical kit, and an AR-15 rifle (reportedly obtained in Wisconsin), joined a contingent of militia members in Kenosha. (10 USC §246 states "(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age…").

On Tuesday, Rittenhouse and his compatriots set out to protect lives and property in Kenosha from the violent throngs that had wrought destruction the night before. Law-enforcement officers thanked the volunteers for their assistance, offering them bottles of water.

During the day, Rittenhouse helped clean up glass and debris from the streets, and graffiti from buildings. In an interview with BlazeTV's Elijah Shaffer, Rittenhouse said he was there simply to protect property from the violence taking place in the city. When two injured protestors walked by, he immediately went to their aid, saying, "I'm an EMT." Rittenhouse never mentioned politics.

That night, rioters stormed a local auto repair shop (which was owned by a Black Lives Matter supporter) and proceeded to destroy property and set cars alight. Reporter Drew Hernandez said, "... [T]he rioters were planning to burn down their 'next car dealership.'" Rittenhouse and the other armed citizens tried to intervene and de-escalate the dangerous situation. They failed. A looter named Joseph "JoJo" Rosenbaum (36) got in Rittenhouse's face and taunted him with, "Shoot me, n****!"

At some point that evening, Rittenhouse was separated from his group, and ran into a pack of violent Antifa members and BLMers. He fled, but the mob chased him through a war zone littered with cars with shattered windows. One assailant, later identified as Joseph Rosenbaum, threw a brick (or rock) wrapped in a plastic bag at him. Another aggressor, Gaige Grosskreutz, shot at him with a handgun. Rittenhouse spun around to see an attacker (Rosenbaum) lunge for him, trying to grab his rifle. Rittenhouse fired, shooting him in the chest. He went to help Rosenbaum, but the agitated crowd became aggressive and threatening. Rittenhouse continued to retreat, trying to make his way to a second mechanic's shop, to which police had earlier directed him.

While being pursued, Rittenhouse was hit from behind. When he turned around, he tripped and fell. His attackers swooped in for the kill. One assailant kicked him, while another, Anthony Huber, bashed him in the head with a skateboard. Grosskreutz pointed a gun at him. Others tried to disarm him. Rittenhouse fired his rifle at them from a seated position, hitting Huber in the groin, back, and hand with a 5.56mm bullet, while injuring Grosskreutz in the right bicep. Ironically, the staunchly anti-police Antifa/BLMers, who demand police defunding, screamed, "Call the police!" Seeking retribution, Black Lives Matter members have since posted Rittenhouse's mother's address on social media, no doubt hoping someone will take the hint to harass his family, perhaps worse. (Claims that Rittenhouse's actions were somehow racially motivated are false, as the shooting "victims" are/were all White).

WOULD WE BE A BETTER COUNTRY IF WE WERE TO LISTEN TO MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR?
